Terms of Service

The terms on which we provide tutoring and access to T-Board.

Last updated: 19 July 2026

These terms apply to the tutoring services provided by Tutor T’s Tuition and to your use of our website and the T-Board learning platform. By booking a lesson or using our services, you agree to these terms. Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

Who we are

Tutor T’s Tuition is a sole trader business: Tomi Adepegba trading as Tutor T’s Tuition. You can reach us at tomiade@tutortstuition.com.

Our services

We provide online one-to-one tuition in Maths and Science across KS3, GCSE and A-Level, delivered over the internet using our T-Board learning platform. Tutoring is there to support a student’s learning; we work hard to help every student improve, but we cannot guarantee any specific grade or exam result.

Booking and taster sessions

  • We offer a free 30-minute taster session, with no obligation to book any lessons afterwards.
  • When you book on behalf of a child, you confirm that you are their parent or guardian, or that you have their parent or guardian’s permission.

Fees and payment

  • Our current prices are shown on our Pricing page. Lessons are available as single sessions (pay-as-you-go) or as discounted packs.
  • After your free taster, if you choose to go ahead we will send you a secure payment link. Payments are processed by Stripe — you never enter card details on our website.
  • Payment for lessons or packs is due in advance unless we agree otherwise.

Lesson credits and expiry

  • Lesson packs are bought upfront, and their credits are valid for the period shown on each pack (currently three months for our five-lesson packs).
  • We aim to be reasonable — if illness, exams or life get in the way, talk to us and we will do our best to work something out.

Rescheduling and cancellations

  • If you need to reschedule or cancel a lesson, please let us know as early as you can, so we can offer the slot to someone else. Any specific notice period that applies will be made clear when you book.
  • Where you have a legal right to cancel a purchase — for example, the 14-day cancellation period for services bought online — we will honour it. If you ask us to begin lessons within that period, you may be charged for any lessons already delivered.
  • Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer.

Your responsibilities

To get the most from online lessons, we ask that you (or, for a child, their parent or guardian):

  • provide a suitable, quiet place to learn and a device with a working internet connection;
  • make sure a parent or guardian is contactable and appropriately available while a child is being tutored;
  • treat our tutors with respect. We may pause or end lessons if a student or parent behaves abusively.

Safeguarding

The safety of children is our priority, and our tutors are enhanced DBS checked. If you ever have a safeguarding concern, please contact us straight away.

The T-Board platform

Access to T-Board is provided so you can take part in lessons with us. You agree to use it only for that purpose, to keep your login secure, and not to misuse, disrupt or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the platform. Your use of T-Board is also covered by our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

Teaching materials, resources and content we create — including materials shared through T-Board — remain our property or that of our licensors. You may use them for the student’s own learning, but not copy, share or resell them without our permission.

Our liability

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for a student’s academic results, or for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable. Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so — including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when they last changed. The terms that apply to your lessons are those in force when you book.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the courts of England and Wales.
