Is the taster session really free?
Yes — the 30-minute taster is completely free, with no obligation to book any lessons afterwards. It’s a relaxed session that blends a chat about your child’s goals with a bit of real teaching, so you can see how we work before deciding anything.
What's the difference between a pack and pay-as-you-go?
A 5-lesson pack is five lessons bought upfront. It saves you £25 against booking the same five one at a time, and it includes WhatsApp support between lessons so your child can ask a quick question when they’re stuck. Credits last three months. Pay-as-you-go is a single lesson at a time, with no commitment.
What is WhatsApp support?
It comes with the 5-lesson pack. Between lessons, students can message their tutor on WhatsApp for quick questions and a nudge in the right direction when they’re stuck on homework or revision.
What happens if I can't use my credits in time?
Credits expire as shown on each pack, but we’re reasonable. If illness, exams or life get in the way, talk to us and we’ll do our best to work something out.
How do I pay for lessons?
There’s nothing to pay to get started — the taster session is free. If you’d like to go ahead afterwards, we’ll send you a secure payment link for the plan that suits you. You never enter card details on this website.
